@Eaglesight In this case ARTS stands for 'Action RTS', a term used to describe games like DotA and LoL where they use many similar mechanics to traditional RTS games, but shift the focus to the combat aspect rather than the army-managing aspect.

There's no such genre called 'ARTS', it's RTS - where R is pronounced /ˈɑr/ in English. RTS is Real Time Strategy.
