03.11.2012 - 14:45 CET: Well, it were two quick games for Stephano and both of them have been easily won and thereby, he has secured the third place against his fellow-countryman NeOAnGeL.

03.11.2012 - 14:05 CET: In the third place match, NeoAngel has won the first game against Stephano. They are going into the second game now.

03.11.2012 - 13:27 CET: The finals of ESWC are ForGG vs. MaNa.  MaNa got his revenge on Stephano 2:1 to reach back-to-back ESWC finals.

03.11.2012 - 12:00 CET: The semi-finals of ESWC will be ForGG vs. NeOAnGeL and MaNa vs. Stephano.  The first sees the French Protoss surprising everyone by making it this far, and the second is a rematch of the ESWC final from 2011.

03.11.2012 - 11:00 CET: The Ro8 is set as Harstem vs. ForGG, NeOAnGeLvs. SortOf, MaNa vs. TargA and PandaTank vs. Stephano.

03.11.2012 - 10:00 CET: Acer | Bly has been eliminated from ESWC by TargA 2:0 in the Ro16.

02.11.2012 - 19:00 CET: Acer | Bly won his last game, 2:0 over AlaStOr to reach the playoffs. He faces TargA in the first round tomorrow.

02.11.2012 - 17:04 CET: ForGG faced off with TargA in group 8 and the Korean was able to win by a quick 2:0.

02.11.2012 - 16:40 CET: Acer | Bly's second game has just been played and our Ukranian Zerg has just lost to Zanubis with 1:2.

02.11.2012 - 16:27 CET: The second round of matches in group 8 has been finished and both TargA as well as ForGG have won both of their games and thereby advance into the next round.

02.11.2012 - 16:00 CET: SortOf has finished his first game now and he has won against Petraeus in a great best-of-three.

02.11.2012 - 15:30CET:In group E, Squirtle is first after two 2:0 victories against Labadaz and Husam. In the last group, TargA won against Feast and ZeuS and is 90% qualifier for the playoffs.

02.11.2012 - 15:15CET: Acer | Bly has beaten MiNiMaTh 2:1 in his opening game. Elsewhere favourites Squirtle and Stephano have won their openers also.

02.11.2012 - 12:00CET: HaNfy beats NightEnd 2:0 in group C and is therefore qualified for the playoffs along with TomikuS and MaNa from group A and Hawk along with PanDaTaNk from group D. In his last match the South African player PanDaTaNk has amazingly managed to defeat the Ukrainian star of mTw, DIMAGA, just to send him packing.

02.11.2012 - 12:00CET:Group A has just concluded with the Czech player TomikuS on the first place with three victories out of three. In his has match, he defeated MaNa 2:1 leaving the Polish player with the second place.

02.11.2012 - 12:00CET: MaNa takes down Al-Husein 2:0 in group A and is almost qualifier for the playoffs after two consecutive victories. In the open match of group B, fnatic's Harstem has managed to win 2:1 against StarNaN from Western Wolves.

02.11.2012 - 11:05 CET: In group C, hoodlum also lost to NeOAnGeL and is therefore almost eliminated from the tournament. Group D saw DIMAGA rolling PSiArc 2:0 very easy.

02.11.2012 - 10:20 CET: The first matches have taken place. MaNa beat DeathAngel 2:1, NightEnD beat Hoodlum and Hawk took out PandaTank.

The Electronic Sports World Cup 2012 Grand Final is just around the corner and it features some great tournaments concerning FIFA, StarCraft II, Trackmania and other games. As always, it is part of the Paris Games Week and is the biggest eSport event in France where many players try to represent their respective countries in order to make themselves and their countries win the Electronic Sports World Cup.
