Zotac Cup August final

Just yesterday,  Artur "Acer | Nerchio" Bloch came out victorious in the August monthly final of the Zotac Cup after not less than four consecutive victories. After getting a default-win against ReaL in the first round of the tournament, Team Acer's star started his rush to the grand final only losing a single map in the quarterfinal against the Portuguese Zerg player sYz, followed by an easy victory against Fraer in the semifinals. 

The grand final saw two of the most prolific players in Zotac Cup having to face each other in a best-of-five encounter for the 500 USD cheque: Acer | Nerchio & TSL`HyuN. Fortunately for us, Acer | Nerchio had been no match for the Korean player until the last mentioned lost his internet connection during the second game on Daybreak. Finally, Acer | Nerchio has been awarded the 1st place by walkover after winning the first two maps. He took home the 500 USD cheque while TSL`HyuN had to satisfy himself with only 200 USD.
